Yamamoto presents animated stories with coding at ISTE conference

Junko Yamamoto, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of secondary education and foundations of education, presented at the International Society for Technology in Education’s ISTE20 Live virtual conference.

In her presentations titled “Animated Stories with Coding,” Yamamoto shared how middle school and high school teachers can use coding to have their students create animated stories. She connected the project to the ISTE standards for students and explained how secondary school students can enhance their computational thinking and become creative communicators.
