J-1 Teaching Visa

J-1: Teaching Visa is an Exchange Visitor (Short-term Scholar, Professor, Researcher, or Specialist) visa authorized for individuals in the U.S. as visiting researchers, professors, short-term scholars or specialists.

H-1B Temporary Worker in a Specialty Occupation Visa

H-1B Temporary Worker in a Specialty Occupation Visa is visa category designed to allow foreign professional workers to be employed by a U.S. employer in a "specialty" occupation for a limited period of time.
