Summer 2025 Final Grading / Graduation Timeline

August 6 - Transcripts held for final grades released. Graduates needing transcripts showing degree conferral must select "hold for degree" when ordering their transcript.

August 7 - Review of Rock Audits for summer graduates begins. Degree conferral is contingent on all requirements being marked complete. Students with incomplete audits must work with their adviser to correct outstanding issues. In approximately 6-8 weeks, graduates who have had their degree conferred will receive an email from Parchment with information about obtaining digital and hardcopy diplomas. Graduates with an outstanding hold with the university will not be issued a diploma or transcript until the hold is cleared with the appropriate office. Hold information is found in MySRU > My Profile > Holds in the upper-right.
