HCAM Pre-Professional Programs
The three pre-professional degree options are available in accelerated HCAM 3 plus or traditional formats where students can earn both their bachelors in HCAM and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS), Doctor in Physical Therapy (DPT), or Doctor in Occupational Therapy (DOT).
Healthcare Administration and Management (HCAM) is an excellent undergraduate degree to prepare for graduate study in one of the pre-professional programs of PA, PT, or OT. Imagine working in an industry that you don't fully understand the structure or how it is financed, regulated, reimbursed, and managed. Learn these fundamental concepts and prepare for a successful career helping others. An undergraduate HCAM degree helps to differentiate you as a PA or therapist by having both clinical and business skills demanded in all modern healthcare careers. You can also pursue other traditional HCAM advisement areas such as pre-med, pre-pharmacy, pre-chiropractic, and pre-law.
