Undergraduate Students
PASSHE Students: A Visiting Student Applicant is an undergraduate student from another PASSHE institution who has earned a minimum of 12 college-level credits from that university and is in good academic standing. Once admitted, visiting students should contact the Office of Academic Records & Registration at academic.records@sru.edu or 724.738.2010 to register for classes.
A Non-PASSHE (or Transient) Application is required for students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree at another institution, but would like to complete coursework at SRU to transfer back to their home institution. Once admitted, transient students can register themselves in their MySRU Portal. If students have any trouble with or questions about registering, they should contact the Office of Academic Records & Registration at academic.records@sru.edu or 724.738.2010, or contact the Office of Exploratory Studies & Academic Progress at 724.738.2012.
Visiting and transient students may register for Winter Session on or after November 20.
