Weekday Visits on Campus
We will be offering on-campus visits Monday-Friday at 9am and/or 1pm, consisting of a 45-minute admissions presentation and 1 hour and 15-minute campus tour.
In order to adhere to CDC guidelines, there will be a maximum capacity for each on-campus visit.
Register for a weekday campus visit
Important information about on-campus visits on weekdays:
- Electronic parking pass is required: All visitors are required to register their vehicle online for a FREE visitor electronic parking pass BEFORE you visit campus. Please register your vehicle using the SRU Parking Portal. After clicking the above link, click on “Are you a visitor?,” then select “Create Account.” If you have any questions or issues, please call the Parking Office at 724-738-4785.
- Masks are required in all campus buildings and during campus tours.
- If you are looking to meet with any other department (i.e. Financial Aid), please reach out to them via email or phone to schedule an appointment.
Saturday Visits On-Campus
We will be offering on-campus visits on select Saturdays which consists of a 45-minute admissions presentation and 1 hour and 15-minute campus tour.
In order to adhere to CDC guidelines, there will be a maximum capacity for each on-campus visit.
Note: The Bailey Library is closed on Saturdays this semester for deep cleanings. Visitors will not be able to access the library during Saturday visits.

- You do not need a parking pass on the weekends.
- Masks are required in all campus buildings and during campus tours.

Open Houses
SRU's open house is the most comprehensive visit option. Students have the opportunity to meet with faculty from their intended major, learn about the admissions process, meet representatives from the Honors College, Housing, Financial Aid and more, take a tour with an SRU student, and have lunch with us on campus.

Individual Appointments with Admissions
If you are a prospective first-year student and you’d like to schedule an in-person or Zoom appointment with an admissions counselor, please email asktherock@sru.edu. In the email, please include your name, intended major, and dates you are looking to set up an in-person or Zoom appointment.
