About Our Health Promotion and Wellness Program

Considering a graduate degree in Public Health? All applicants must submit the following materials along with a completed online graduate application and non-refundable application fee:

  • All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better, prior to submission of application
  • Official undergraduate degree transcript(s) and any graduate transcripts
  • A minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA in an undergraduate major
  • Previous completion of a statistics course and either one social science or one natural science course
  • Personal statement indicating career goals and personal philosophy related to interest in Public Health
  • One electronic recommendation form that addresses the applicant’s capacity for graduate level work
