Free self-service Proof of Enrollment (enrollment verifications) are available to MySRU users through the National Student Clearinghouse. Using the web enables you to print an enrollment verification immediately. The verification is in a format that is widely accepted by health insurance, loan agencies, credit issuers, housing providers, employers and others. It includes enrollment dates and indicates full or part-time status. Previous enrollment terms are always available. Enrollment information is updated periodically throughout the semester.
To print your enrollment verification, simply log on to MySRU and select Self-Service Enrollment Verification under the Academics tab in MySRU. Students will then be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse page where you can then select to print your "current enrollment" or "all enrollments" and then select "Obtain an Enrollment Certificate" to immediately print your enrollment verification.
If the self-service Proof of Enrollment certificate is not accepted by the individual/organization requesting your enrollment information or, if your need your GPA or degree reported, then print and complete/sign and submit to our office the Enrollment Verification Request form. Please allow three to five days for your request to be processed. If the verification is being mailed, please allow additional time for standard mail delivery.
