REGISTRAR'S ROCK BULLETIN

Did your diploma arrive damaged?

Parchment will replace diplomas damaged in transit. Follow the steps below to request a new copy:

1. Take a picture of the diploma showing the damage.
2. Attach the image to an email.
3. In the text of the email, include your Document ID, which is found on the insert included with the diploma.
4. If you cannot located the Document ID, include your first name, last name, and institution name (Slippery Rock University).
5. Send the email to diplomaprints@parchment.com.

Electronic Transcript Service Charge Increase August 1

Effective August 1, electronic transcripts ordered through Parchment will cost $12.00. Hard copy transcripts requested through the Office of Academic Records and Registration using the Transcript Request Form will continue to be provided at no charge, with the exception of same-day pick up requests.

• Pre-Session - May 14
• Full Summer - May 20
• Summer Term - June 4
• Summer Session 1 - June 2
• Summer Session 2 - July 1

Summer 2026 Course Withdrawal Deadlines

• Pre-Session - May 22
• Full Summer - July 1
• Summer Term - July 9
• Summer Session 1 - June 17
• Summer Session 2 - July 17

Summer and Fall 2026 Registration

• Priority registration runs April 6-17, 2026. Students can view their specific registration time ticket in their MySRU Profile > Registration Notices.
• Click to browse classes for Summer and Fall terms.
• Undergraduates must obtain an RPIN from their primary academic advisor before registering for fall classes. RPINs are not required for summer registration.
• Holds preventing registration must be resolved with the appropriate office. Students can check for holds in their MySRU Profile > Registration Notices.

Official SRU diploma covers are available for purchase from the SGA Bookstore.
