Winter Session 2025 Important Dates and Deadlines

December 15 - Winter 2025 begins.
December 16 - Drop/Add deadline.
December 25 - No classes.
December 31 - Course Withdrawal deadline.
January 1 - No classes.
January 9 - Winter Session ends.
January 13 - Winter Session grades due by 12:00 p.m. Academic Records begins processing final grades.
January 14 - Final grades and GPAs viewable to students on MySRU and Rock Audits.
January 15 - Academic Standing updated.
January 16 - Transcripts held for final grades released. Graduates needing transcripts showing degree conferral must select "hold for degree" when ordering their transcript.
January 23 - Reveiw of Rock Audits for Winter 2025 graduation applicants begins. Degre conferral is contingent on all requirements being marked complete. Students with incomplete audits must work with advisor to correct outstanding issues. In approximately 6-8 weeks, graduates who have their degree conferred will receive an email from Parchment with information about obtaining digital and hardcopy diplomas. Graduates with an outstanding hold with the university will not be issued a diploma or transcript until the hold is cleared with the appropriate office. Hold information is found in MySRU > My Profile > Holds.
