For those of you who are thinking of joining us this year, here is a description of what to expect at the Sunset Serenade.
Date: October, 20 2018
Theme: Las Vegas
The Sunset Serenade Celebration is a casually elegant evening of food, music and fun. It raises awareness of, and funds for, the Storm Harbor Equestrian Center. Cocktails begin at 5:30 pm, and guests will enjoy a wide selection of culinary offerings from a variety of food stations and the chance to outbid their friends to win one of many silent auction offerings. A live auction will commence at 8:00 pm. Remember, it is hosted in the indoor arena of the equestrian center so please dress according to the weather!
Become a Celebration Sponsor
As a sponsor, your name or company name will be prominently displayed in promotional materials and you will be recognized as a leading supporter of Storm Harbor Equestrian Center. Sponsorships are vital to the Celebration's success. Our sponsor levels start at $1,000 and go up to $10,000. All sponsorships are greatly appreciated.
DONATE TO OUR AUCTION
The fun and frenzy of the live and silent auctions depend on an enticing array of items to be auctioned. You or your business will be included in our newsletter and website to thank you for donating.
People (and horses!) are the heart of Storm Harbor Equestrian Center. Show your support by attending this evening of fun and mingling with all of the great people associated with Slippery Rock University and the Storm Harbor Equestrian Center.
