Dr. Jerry Chmielewski Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a rising junior or senior full-time student majoring in the College of Engineering and Science or College of Health Professions. The recipient must be nominated by a faculty member who provides a letter addressing the student’s work ethic and passion for learning beyond the classroom. Nominated students must provide a resume and essay describing their career goals to qualify for the scholarship. There will be one recipient per year. The recipient will be selected by faculty within academic departments in the College of Engineering and Science and College of Health Professions.
Coen Family Scholarship

Lynne Ernes Women in Science Scholarship
Current undergraduate student majoring in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. Preference will be given to female applicants. Minimum 3.25 QPA.
Cindy and Craig Fraser Science Scholarship
This scholarship is for students who are seeking a degree in natural sciences, i.e. biology, chemistry, or physics, with preference for those who identify as female and exhibit high financial need.
Joseph S. and Eva Puntureri Memorial Science Scholarship
Students with sophomore or junior standing and pursuing a degree in Natural Sciences, Mathematics or Computer Science. GPA must be 3.25 or higher and student must show financial need.
CAROLYN STEGLICH SCHOLARSHIP
Applicant must be majoring in the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, physics, or geosciences) or mathematics. Must be full-time and demonstrate financial need. Must have completed at least 24 credits by the beginning of the award year and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Eligible students must submit a short essay stating how their degree is important preparation for future career plans. Letters of recommendations will be considered.
Rhoda E. Taylor Scholarship
Available for all undergraduates. Must be a Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Geology major. Recipient must be enrolled in at least 9 credits for the semester. Preference given to a non-traditional, full-time female student who demonstrates financial need. Second preference to female biology majors with need. Submit a letter of application, a two-page personal statement describing natural sciences in preparation of a career, and two letters of recommendation.
A.P. VINCENT SCIENCE SCHOLARSHIP
Available for current sophomores or juniors. Must be a Biology, Chemistry, or Physics major.
Edward P. and Sophie H. Vincent Science Scholarship
Applicant must be a biology, chemistry, physics, or geosciences major with a minimum 3.0 QPA. Must have junior status (minimum of 60 credits completed).
