Finance and Administration

The Vice President for Finance and Administration oversees the departments comprised of Accounting Services, Accounts Payable & Grant Accounting; Financial Planning & Analysis; Controllers Office; Student Accounts; Analytics & Decision Support; University Police; Parking & ID Office; Business & Economic Development; Facilities; Maintenance; Office of Sustainability;Environmental Health & Safety/ Emergency Management; Student Center & Conference Services; Housing; and Dining Services. Our Finance branch shares responsibility for accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting, the annual financial statement audit, internal controls, related compliance matters, development of the fiscal operating budget, financial accounting and reporting for all University funds, receipt of revenues, procurement of goods and services, and payments and disbursements of all funds. Our Administrative team focuses its energies and activities on achieving four ongoing goals which include ensuring that resource allocation is aligned with the University's strategic priorities; providing a competitive and safe environment; promoting sustainable development and operating practices within a framework of regulatory compliance and fiscal prudence; and mitigating institutional risk and preserve University assets.
