Slippery Rock University's Dance Department is hosting the FORGE Summer Dance Intensive, July 9-22. This program consists of a professional training workshop for dancers ages 15-18 and a college program for dancers older than 18. FORGE is a regional intensive that is intended to rival those of dance festivals in large cities, as dancers learn the best practices in the artistic field in a non-competitive environment with training and instruction from highly regarded national and local dance artists.
