Pak selected to present paper at AOM meeting

Sunjin Pak, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of management and marketing, had a paper accepted for presentation at the Meeting of the Academy of Management, Aug. 7-11, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Pak's paper analyzes the effects of uncompensated telework on work withdrawal and personal initiative. Slightly more than a third of the 1,103 paper submissions were accepted for the meeting, which is the AOM's annual meeting of management and organization scholars.

The AOM is a global community of nearly 20,000 professors, business doctoral students and management professionals from more than 115 countries.
