Micsky writes chapters in social work education book

Tami Micsky, a Slippery Rock University assistant professor of social work, contributed to the soon-to-be-published book, "Active Learning Lessons, Activities, and Assignments for the Modern Social Work Educator.”

In separate chapters about clinical practice and self-care, Micsky shared lessons, activities and assignments about life change loss interview assignment, self-care for social work students, photovoice for social work practice and research, and photovoice self-care assignment. The book will be released on Oct. 19.
