Haley-Rezac honored for clinical teaching by APTA

Dyanna Haley-Rezac, a 2001 Slippery Rock University graduate with a doctorate degree in physical therapy, received the Signe Brunnström Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching from the American Physical Therapy Association.

The award is given annually to one physical therapist who is a center coordinator of clinical education or clinical instructor and has demonstrated exceptional teaching effectiveness in clinical teaching at entry or advanced levels of physical therapy education for a minimum of five years.

Haley-Rezac, who owns Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, has worked with the University of Colorado's physical therapy program to provide clinical experiences for doctoral-level physical therapy students and is an affiliate faculty member at Regis University.
