Dolan and Fleming’s article published by College Media Review

Emily Dolan and Brittany Fleming, Slippery Rock University assistant professors of communication, recently co-wrote an article that was published in College Media Review, a peer-reviewed journal of the College Media Association, the nation’s largest organization for advisers and advocates of college student media.

Dolan and Fleming’s article, titled “What’s in an Editorial Frame?,” analyzed editorials written by college student newspaper staffs about the COVID-19 pandemic, finding that they largely framed the editorials around morality and economic issues.
