New Employee Orientation:
Our New Employee Orientation introduces you to the university’s culture, policies, and resources. Orientation sessions are held one week before each fall and spring semester and provide key information and support to help you succeed in your new role. Invitations with sign-up details will be sent to your SRU email. We look forward to meeting you.
- New employees hired after August will attend the January 15, 2027, orientation.
- New employees hired after January will attend the August 13, 2027, orientation.
Monthly New Employee Open Forum (Zoom):
Because we hire throughout the year, we also host monthly New Employee Open Forums via Zoom. These casual sessions let you ask questions and raise concerns with our team. They’re intended to support your transition and ensure you have the resources you need. We encourage you to join and participate.
