Angela Baker, a 2021 Slippery Rock University graduate with a degree in health and physical education, was hired by the New York Giants, joining the NFL team’s coaching staff as a minority coaching fellow and offensive quality control coach.

Baker is a member of the Pittsburgh Passion, a professional, full-contact women’s football team. In 2020, she spent three weeks as a coach with Cleveland Browns, as part of the Bill Walsh Fellowship program, which provides vocational opportunities for minorities and female coaches. She is now the second female member on the Giants' coaching staff, joining Hannah Burnett, who is an area scout.
