On-Campus Residential Mail

University Mailroom - 110 Campus Success Center (Packages and LETTER MAIL):

Beginning Fall 2026, packages and all letter mail will be collected and distibuted by the University Mailroom located in 110 Campus Success Center. No letter mail will be delivered to the reisdence halls or apartments. Letter mail and packages for residents of Suites A, B, D, E, F, Watson Hall, North Hall, Rhoads Hall and ROCK Apartments will all be recieved and distibuted by University Mailroom.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Hours during breaks or summer may vary. 

Mail/package pick-up lockers are available for students to access Monday-Friday 6:00AM-11:00PM, Saturday and Sundays 10:00AM-10:00PM. If you have a package or piece of letter mail you will be emailed by the University Mailroom. 

Once your package is processed through the University Mailroom you will be notified via your SRU e-mail account. Keep in mind that even though you may receive notification of your package arriving at the US Postal Service, you should expect a delay in receipt of your package due to campus processing policies.

When a resident receives a piece of letter mail or a package, the mailroom staff will send an email to the resident indicating they have received mail. This means, a resident does not have to physically check for mail daily. Once a piece of mail is received and the resident is notified via email, they will have 14 days to retrieve the mail from the University Mailroom as instructed. After 14 days, the mail will be returned to sender.
